Fractional investments in company-owned properties are subject to a minimum 6-month lock-in period and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except as outlined below.

This policy applies to all Users investing via the Platform, including through User Login or Sales Manager facilitation.

Technical Errors - Duplicate payments or overcharges due to Platform glitches.

Failed Transactions - Funds deducted but not credited to your investment account.

Investments are locked in for a minimum of 6 months. No refunds are available during this period except for technical errors or failed transactions.

Early withdrawal before 6 months incurs a 5% pre-closure charge with 0% return; between 6-12 months, a 3% pre-closure charge applies with a 7.5% return. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Refunds are not issued for early withdrawal requests; instead, funds are processed as per the withdrawal terms.

Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be credited to your registered bank account within 10 business days, subject to KYC verification.

Investments are not refundable due to change of mind, market conditions, or dissatisfaction with returns, except as noted in 2.1.

Investments cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation due to the 6-month lock-in period and allocation to company-owned properties.

To exit your investment, refer to the withdrawal terms in our Payment Policy, including applicable pre-closure charges and return rates.

Ohya reserves the right to process refunds or allow cancellations in exceptional circumstances (e.g., legal mandates, fraud detection), at our sole discretion, with notice to you.
